TerraFauna Journeys
The Challenge

TerraFauna was a strong concept with no presence to back it up. The idea was there, but the brand had minimal awareness, almost no audience, no press coverage, and little online traction. To compete in luxury travel, a new operator has to feel credible before a single high-income traveler will consider booking, and TerraFauna had none of the positioning, branding, website, or visibility that earns that credibility. The job was to turn the concept into a brand with real presence and real momentum.

What We Did

We built a brand strategy rooted in conservation-forward luxury, then gave it a full creative identity and guidelines that made the brand feel premium, modern, and sincere. We developed the messaging, story pillars, and content systems that kept every channel saying the same thing.

From there we built a website from the ground up, designed to tell the story clearly and drive bookings, and stood up a cost-effective tech stack to give marketing, bookings, and long-term growth a stronger operational backbone. We ran campaigns, emails, and social programs to grow a real community, and pursued PR and brand partnerships aimed at top-tier outlets.

The Results

In its first year, TerraFauna went from unknown startup to a conservation luxury contender with a distinct identity and serious media attention.

  • Featured in Forbes within 90 days, reaching over 150 million monthly readers
  • Coverage in JustLuxe and Travel and Tour World
  • 414% growth in site traffic
  • 559% growth in social engagement
  • LinkedIn audience up 235%, expanding reach and credibility
  • Instagram reach up 119%
  • PPC campaigns delivered competitive visibility against Abercrombie & Kent, Kensington Tours, and Wilderness Destinations

These numbers are not typical for a new operator, and that was the point. They worked because we tightened the strategy, clarified the value, and built a story that read as credible to high-income travelers. Guests responded to the sincerity and the clarity in how TerraFauna defines luxury, and the brand showed up the same way across every touchpoint, which built trust fast. The foundation now supports new destinations and deeper partnerships with travelers, advisors, and conservation leaders.
